I want to have an award made, how does that work?

If you want advice for a tailor-made award, we need the following input:

  1. When do you need the award?
  2. What material do you want to make it in?
  3. How many pieces do you need?
  4. What size do you have in mind? 
  5. Do you have a budget indication?

We need these answers to be able to make a good proposal. We will contact you
to discuss the possibilities and then we will make a sketch or design.

After approval, we start production.

From what number of pieces can I have an award made?

We make awards from 1 piece. Price and delivery time depend on the material, size and 
production technique. In addition to our custom awards, we also have a wide collection of trophies in our Award shop. Glass, acrylic, wood and metal award, which we can provide with a personalization.
 

When can I expect the digital design?

Within a few days of ordering the award, you will receive a digital proof for approval. We ask you to 
check these carefully. If you agree, we would like to hear from you and we will start the production process.
If there is a mistake in it, we will make a new proof, which we will also send for approval.
Only after your approval we will start the production process.
 

In which file should I submit my logo?

To get the best quality it is important to us that we get the logo in an EPS vector file and 
when it comes to photos we need them in high resolution (300dpi).
 

What are the shipping costs?

The price of the trophies from our award shop includes shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium.

The custom-made awards can be collected at our location in Papendrecht or we can deliver them by courier. 
Cost will be discussed before production.

Is express delivery also possible?

Each material has its own production process and delivery time. Unfortunately we cannot speed this up.
